Astronomy: Gemini

Gemini was a space capsule that together with Mercury was the start of the American manned flight program in space. The Gemini capsule had room for two astronauts. Ten manned Gemini flights were conducted at which space manoeuvres, spacewalks and docking in orbit were performed. In June 1965 Edward White was the first American to walk in space with the Gemini 4.
